We will ship all orders the same day if order comes in before 1 PM All orders after 1:00PM will go out the next business day. We can ONLY ship to the address on your paypal account. Please note all packages will require a signature to be delivered.

If you are a new buyer with no ratings or purchase history, we will require further verification before shipping your item. This is to prevent fraud. The name and address on your order must match the name and address on your verified payment method. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and a refund.

We encourage all buyers to message us directly on swappa if you face any issues with your purchase. We will accept a return for refund, return for replacement, or return for repair on any purchase within the 30 day warranty period.

Return shipping fees:

1. If an item is found to be defective, and a refund is required we will also refund you the cost of shipping back to us once we receive and inspect the device.

2. if a return for repair or replacement is required we will provide a free shipping label.

3. IF YOU OPEN A PAYPAL CASE OR DISPUTE WE YOU WILL FORFIT THESE LUXURIES AND WE WILL ONLY FOLLOW PAYPALS GUIDELINES INSTEAD.

It's important to note that all our devices come with a 30-day warranty. When returning items, please ensure they are in the same condition as when you received them, including all accessories.

Even after the warranty period expires, we're here to assist you. We may offer discounted repair services or provide a trade-in option for your old device if you encounter any issues.

Please be aware that for canceled or returned items that are not defective, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Additionally, we are unable to refund the PayPal fee, as PayPal does not reimburse this fee for canceled sales. When returning items, buyers are responsible for choosing their own shipping method and ensuring that the items are returned in the exact condition they were sold, including all accessories.
