Returns & Refunds

We offer 30 Day returns:
On items that have a defect or a mechanical issue we will provide a pre -paid return shipping label, and once received back we will validate the issue. Once the issue is validated we will issue a full refund.
For buyers remorse returns the item must be sent back to us, and there will be a 15% Restocking Fee. On non validated returns the same restocking fee will apply, and we will also recoup our return shipping cost.
All items must be returned in the exact condition they are sent out in. For example if an item is new and still factory sealed, it must be returned still sealed, etc
Items that are returned damaged or in a different condition will be subject to deductions from the refund
**Order cancellations before shipping will be refunded minus the 3.9% Paypal fee. This is because we do not get this fee back from Paypal

Yes the battery was recently replaced by Apple, along with the top cover/keyboard. Apple had a recall on this model for the keyboard keys, so they replaced the battery along with that recall replacement. That can also of course be verified by Apple if need be as well. Thanks

I am interested to buy but just wanted to make sure its replaced by Apple. Because in other listings they mentioned Battery bought from Amazon and replaced.

Yes, you can verify with Apple that they did the replacement. To do this please take the serial # off the photo we posted showing the picture of the screen where it’s listing the about this mac info. You then can just call Apple directly and give them the serial #, and they will verify the work that was done. Doing it this way you will know 100% that Apple did this work with genuine Apple parts. As stated in the listing the battery is new, and there are no hardware issues.
