Watch itself is in perfect condition. Brown band is in good condition with wear on the restraining straps, Black band is in Mint condition, and Blue band is New, unopened.

Does this watch work in US?
Yep! I'm in Oregon and it works fine. For my Android phone I had to get the app from their website, not from Google Play, but it works fine.
