On the phone with PayPal now. My account is “in perfectly good standing” is what I’m being told so I don’t know what the issue might be.
No no, it’s an issue with my PayPal. Not yours, don’t worry. It’s not letting me make monthly payments. Swappa suggested I contact PayPal so that’s what I’m doing.
