Yes, it can fully charge to 100%, average battery consumption phone standby with WiFi on is 2 percents/ per every 2.3 to 2.5 hours,and daily is 10% battery . I never let the battery run less than 35% until I charge rhe battery again.

Please pardon my additional question. I just notice "Mint Mobile" as the carrier. I thought the phone was carrier unlocked -meaning "Not tied to any carrier's bloatware". Is that the case or is it fully Samsung factory unlocked - "not tied to any carrier"

It's 100% factory unlocked which I purchased from Microsoft store online. It was not belong to any mobile carriers company so there is no blotware from carrier. You see mint mobile because that's default when user put the unlocked phone. It has nothing to do with mint mobile

Will this work with Verizon?

It's not work on CDMA network Verizon or visible only on GSM network such as ATT, TMOBILE, MINT...etc

Is the phone specifically 'Factory Unlocked' and showing Model # "SM-960U1" when you look under 'About phone' in its Settings menu? How is it unlocked if only GSM-capable (looking for both GSM & CDMA functionality)?
