Does the MOBILE NETWORKS setting show settings for 4g,5g or just GLOBAL ????? And does it have VOLTE...???

I tried powering it up to look, but it won't show that page without inserting a sim card. I can tell you this was purchased from Verizon in the US, unlocked. I've used it on serveral Verizon MVNO's with both VoLTE- 4G and 5G service, including Visible and US mobile with no issues.

I don't mean to be critical, but I have purchased and returned 4 Note 10+ 5g phones because people say they are 5g cause of the boot logo. If it is truly a 5g phone it will say so in mobile networks with a sim card...I guess you can't verify this....

I put my usmobile sim in and found it has the following options: Global, LTE/CDMA, LTE/CDMA/UMTS. The IMEI comes back as "galaxy note 10 plus 5G N976V" Hopefully that is the info you are looking for.

Nope, should be not 5G...Phone would give you the option of 5G,4G,3G mode(Auto) and option to switch GLOBAL, LTE/CDMA/UMTS which is the 4G....to save battery power from 5G...Note 10+ is hardware controlled to have 5G even tho the about phone says it's Note 10+ 5g....And yes USMobile is 5G, no doubt....This is the problem I've been having....My wife has the same model and it has the 5G settings....Consulted with Verizon w/my 4 other phones I bought and they said the same thing..Sorry to be a bummer...nice phone tho...
