Damage Description
There is no damage to this Macbook. There is one very light stain on the top cover which is depicted in the photos. This stain was left by a sticker that was removed. There is also one very tiny mark on the bottom of the unit which can also be seen in the photos.
All devices must be fully functional and meet our criteria for sale

We offer 30 Day returns:
On items that have a defect or a mechanical issue we will provide a pre -paid return shipping label, and once received back we will validate the issue. Once the issue is validated we will issue a full refund.
For buyers remorse returns the item must be sent back to us, and there will be a 15% Restocking Fee. On non validated returns the same restocking fee will apply, and we will also recoup our return shipping cost.
All items must be returned in the exact condition they are sent out in. For example if an item is new and still factory sealed, it must be returned still sealed, etc
Items that are returned damaged or in a different condition will be subject to deductions from the refund

Are the PHOTOS the ACTUAL MacBook Pro 2019 15" that is being offered for sale.
The SELLER states photos are of the ACTUAL item, yets the LISTING states the photos are STOCK Photos.

The photos are of the actual Macbook being offered. Swappa states that we sell from an inventory pool and the photos may not be actual because we are business power sellers, they state this on all accounts like ours; But we do not use stock photos, we photograph the actual products. Swappa just basically gives us the option of using stock photos, but we do not. Sorry for any confusion and hope that helps.
