HI confirming there are no scratches on the screen?

Yes, there is what I would call a "ghosted" circular scratch on the top right. This is only visible if you tip into a light source while the screen is off. It's almost like a hologram type thing. When looking at the screen normally when off or on you don't see it at all. You really have to move it back and forth in front of a light to really see it. There are also a few really small scratches on the bottom right of the back cover, and those are the same way.. you have to really look for them in a light source to see them. If I were to just hand you the phone you wouldn't see any of them without looking for it.

Could you send an image of those? your first ghosted scratch sounds like a burn in the screen? How long have you had it?
