I've gone ahead and uploaded a picture of the tablet. Truthfully, these were the only two marks that I could notice, and they appear to be small paint chipped type scuffs on the edge of the tablet.
I bought this tablet from a renewed retailer a few months back, so I do not know the details of the devices' warranty.
And sure- if you have an offer, you can make it and we'll see where it goes. :)
