- if tracking says item was delivered and buyer claims , it wasn’t delivered , its buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
- in case the buyer dont receive the item and the item is returned to us a 10% restocking fees and shipping fees will be deducted from the total .

We are a trusted seller but we are just new on Swappa. But we sell on other marketplaces. You will get what you see in the listing and if it doesnt match the listing you can ask for a return for a valid reason to get your refund. We are open to negotiation about the price but in this case we offered the best price for all the ipad pros listings which is the lowest on Swappa

PLUS WE MADE 5 SALES AS WE NEW BUT CUSTOMERS DIDNT LEAVE ANY. REVIEWS EVEN AFTER THEY RECEIVED THE ITEMS.
