I would take 80 for the bare phone, no case, box, or accessories.
How can I get the IMEI information to check this phone with my service provider? I have never bought used before. I would like to purchase this phone. I need to be sure first. Thanks in advance

According to Kroger (I had to call them, as their online IMEI checker want working), this phone will work with their service. It's an unlocked T-Mobile phone that is paid off, not blacklisted, and is VoLTE capable. Those are Kroger's requirements.
