Model is in extremely good condition. Barely used at all and comes with all accessories including keyboarding mouse and the original box and packaging.
I'm not aware of any fan issues or heat sinks issues regarding this model and can assure that I have never had any such issues with this machine.

@ William G. I can go as low as $798 for an immediate transaction. Between Seller Fees and PayPal Fees and Shipping Fees, that's the lowest I'm comfortable with for this transaction.
I personally believe the value is outstanding for this product at that price point considering its mint condition and original packaging/accessories.
