The laptop does not have any skin cover on it. You can remove the case and use it without it or with another case.
The price is more than fair. The laptop is in excellent condition.

Hi Mike, thanks for the feedback. You sound like a fair and reasonable person. I didn't want to haggle on price, that's why I set it at $399. Make me your best offer and I'll see if the wife will accept it.

Your comment is kind, I do try to be reasonable, and do not want to be a lowballer, but do know that eBay and Amazon both at in the $299-325 range. While Swappa is a very trusted source and a platform I'd love to support, but my bride only allows me so large an allowance, even over the holidays.

Assuming Swappa allows links in comments this is an example of a similar 2017 Air, which was the basis of the price in my initial comment. Food for thought. Thanks for the consideration.

One seller dumping 50 computers at a lower price to get rid of them only creates a temporary opportunity for some lucky buyers, but does not change the market value. Once they are gone, the market normalizes. Exceptions don't make a rule.

I can pay $350 today and your wife can tell you all about the awesome stuff overflowing her bags after she hits all the New Years sales on her shopping expedition tomorrow. Don't make her miss out!
