* Cancellations are impossible if already shipped so please be sure to carefully read the entire listing before making a purchase -- and ensure that your own address is correct!
* Packages ship within one business day of payment confirmation or two calendar days during holidays and weekends.
* We reserve the right to refuse any business at our sole discretion; for example, we do not ship outside of the United States or to freight-forwarders.
* Orders above a certain monetary amount will require a signature on delivery.
* Returns are accepted as per Swappa policy if received back within 14 calendar days of delivery (inclusive), as reported by the shipping carrier used. A 10% restocking fee may be applied at our sole discretion to cover wear and tear, outright damage, missing items, unremoved user accounts, et cetera.
