How can it come with Microsoft apps if it is factory reset?

We create a temporary account "Admin" to install Microsoft Office. You can delete the Admin account once you create your own personal user account in the settings.

1) Is this a refurbished laptop?
2) Is the warranty given by Apple?
3) What is the battery cycle count?
If the admin account is deleted, is MS Office still fully functional?
Or is it demo version?
Yes, if you create another account with administrator access, then using the new account, delete Admin account. You will still have Microsoft office functional
What's the cycle count on the battery?
