Hello Vinnette, I had several meetings today, please forgive the delayed response.
I have went over the numbers and took into account the PayPal fees and swappa
Fees that I pay on the back end, and the shipping, I did attempt to lower it some, but it wasn’t down to 450.

Originally I had this at 515, I have brought it down 2 times since then to 450,
After swappa seller fees that they take out of the sale, ( I pay those) and the secure insured shipping , PLUS the PayPal fees, it kind of eats an additional 40-50 dollars off on my end, I am wanting to move the item, it is like new, beautiful, and as brand new as day one, but I don’t know if I could go much lower, maybe 20 dollars lower, it has been used proably less than 20 hours since I’ve owned it, I also have the bigger iPad, so this is truly mint, pet free, smoke free , kid free home, and all screen protectors and case were installed at the Apple Store before I left, so it’s truly perfect condition. Let me know if interested, thank you so much!!
