Listing approved. Thanks for using Swappa.
would you take 900?
Is it still under Dell warranty at all? If so, how much time is left on the Dell warranty?
No it's not. That's why I'm selling it so cheap.
@Daniel The price I'm selling this laptop is already too low, I'm sorry I can't go any further. This laptop is worth at least $1600; when I bought it 2 years ago it was $2500. I'm only selling it this low because I need to sell it fast.
Thanks for the update, I appreciate you taking the time to answer.
@Michael Is the not being in warranty a deal breaker? All you have to do is be somewhat careful not to break it. The outer cover is made of metal, so it's unlikely to break even if you drop it. As long you don't take a hammer to the screen, you should be fine.
@Samuel, unfortunately it is a deal breaker for me. I've had XPSs before and on a couple of occasions I needed to have Dell send me parts to correct issues with the hardware.
Ok. Thanks for your interest.
can you do $950 now? The fact that the laptop been used for 2 years and getting it with no warranty is another thing to consider
Please can you pay the full amount? I've already cut the price to this amount taking these things into full consideration and also because I wanted to sell it fast. With a depreciation rate of $400 per year, it should be worth $1200 at the very least. I also deducted $200 because it no longer has a warranty and another $100 to sell it fast. The extra $62 was to cover fees. Please it's just $112 more.
I meant $1300 instead of $1200. That's $2500-$1200
can you please add more photos of its display (turned off) and a photo showing it's battery cycle count? Thank you
Ok. Battery cycle count? You mean its power level? But you say you want the display turned off.
I've added a photo of the display turned off.
I also uploaded a screenshot of the battery level.
thanks for that. We'll settle it soon this week if nothing changes.
Ok, but I can ship as soon as today if you're ready, and I would also prefer it.
unfortunately, i'm not in a hurry. - but hopefully will see the options and may likedly consider it.
As the owner, does it have any defect even if it may be no deal breaker? (just for heads up)
perhaps some slight defects the buyer should be aware of..?
Nah, it works perfectly well.
Samuel, are you able to take more clear pictures than the first ones? There's still really little confidence to place an order for this.
Also, It would be better to provide the laptop's battery report;
Here's how you can get the report: press Win + R to open the Run search box, Enter 'cmd' in the text box and hit Enter to open Command Prompt. In Command Prompt, enter this command:
powercfg /battery report
Once you press Enter, Windows will generate a report for your battery. Please, screenshot it and add the photo
Thank you for time.
More clear pictures like this one here: https://swappa.com/listing/view/LWMU01963
The battery report produced a long HTML file. I just uploaded a screenshot of the first sections.
Hey Victor, I'm going to be on a trip all day tomorrow and maybe the next. So, if I don't reply your messages on time please bear with me. If you place an order today, I can still ship it today, otherwise the next time I can ship will be on Saturday.
Hi Samuel, does the laptop have a discrete/dedicated graphics card?
