Already serviced for the famous failing butterfly keyboard issue in 2017, Apple replaced the keyboard with the superior version that hasn't had any issues for the rest of the years I've owned it.
A couple of noticeable scratches to the top of the case and, even with a thorough cleaning, some stickers have left a discoloration in the aluminum finish. Light scratches on the bottom. No scratches on the screen and zero functional issues.
