Not sure how to be any more clear, I get data on mvno via TracFone but refuses to connect to call side of things mvno via tello works for calls and data T-Mobile for me at least has of now, apparently the device isn't certified via at&t or their MVNO's any longer, it used to work just fine on both, isn't any good reason for this other than at&t wants you using a phone made by certified by them and probably being paid more by Uncle Sam for data collection, but this is my opinion, I have no proof other than it used to work on at&t and now it only works for data on at&t. With the right software you can see exactly what network and band you are connect to and for what type of services calls/texts/sms or data including type and band there as well these problem clearly show if the device is successfully connected or not and which type of network. For example I use network cell info, fi switch, and force 4g lte to see these things, the you can futher test data speeds with a app to check spee

The phone is an international model so it technically doesn't have any USA certifications, of course many of these models have worked just fine for a long time if the had required bands, obviously AT&T shout down 2g or GSM bands a few years back and recently or soon will shut down 3G and non lte 4g, they are also forcing in VOLTE certified by them already stated my opinion why in other post. Sorry about these typos problems should be programs (Apps) and spee should be speed ran out of space sorry, hope the information help and makes sense. It works just fine right now on T-Mobile mass virtual network operators like Tello or it does for me any, in Tello I get calls texts and data, on at&t mass virtual network operators like TracFone for at&t or H2O I only get data, it is the European model, model number is xt-2041-1
