Hi, in the 1st picture: there are scratches that look like spots. Am not sure if it's dirt or an actual scratch too?

The spots are all dust particles.

No box for the case. Yes for the iPad and pencil.

They're really only noticeable when the screen is off and most of them only when you get light hitting from the right direction

Honestly I have no clue how the scratches got there- I'm pretty careful with my devices. If i had to guess something abrasive got underneath the case while travelling.

I think $470 with all the accessories and free shipping is reasonable.

And just rechecking that if the screen is on, the scratches are not noticeable right.

The white specs are indeed dust. With the screen on you will not see the scratches.

For most of the scratches you will not see them unless you find the exact right light with the screen off.
