- Device may be IP rated but it is simply water resistant and NOT waterproof. Warranty does not applied for ANY sign if water damage.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping TO & FROM our service location
- Please get approval by contacting [email protected] by including your order ID and date of purchase for verification purpose
- We will verify the device once it arrives at our service center. (IMEI must match and no damages)
