Brand new tablet, comes in the box, charging cord, wall adapter, sim tray ejector, and user manual.
I bought this for my grandma but she refuses to use it. Its an awesome tablet (but I already have a laptop and a phone, don't need this too) it comes with 3gb ram and 32 gb installed storage with up to 1 TB upgradeable storage (not included). This can be used as either a wifi tablet or you can buy a sim card and have your own data (I suggest Metro by T-mobile since it's the largest, most reliable, and fastest network available in the US, and a great deal for unlimited high-speed data for only $15 a month)
The box was only opened twice, once at the store to insert sim card and one by me to take out sim and take pics
