Hello!! I am also a swappa seller,
I am an iPhone only person,,
However I need an unlocked android phone to download blue kik on,, it has to be an Android.. can this phone be used just as an unlocked tablet I literally just need an android to download kik on,, does this phone access the Google play store and apps? I’m so sorry to ask, I know nothing about android,, also, what type of charger cord does this take as I only know Apple stuff,,, thank you so much,

I'm not familiar with Blue Kik. Did some googling and it seems like it's a modded version? I can say it's not available on the Play Store on any of my Android devices.
But if you can get it as an APK (similar to an EXE file on Windows or an IPA on iOS), you can install it on this phone. You'd just have to enable sideloading (Settings -> Apps & notifications -> Special access -> Install unknown apps ... more help here: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-222175/), then open the APK file and press OK on a prompt.
To answer your other questions, this does have full access to the Google Play Store and apps. It takes a USB C charging cord, which hopefully should be the standard for the iPhone too by next year, according to rumors.
