Hi Everyone, this is an iPhone 11 Factory Unlocked 64 GB in White. Condition is pretty close to mint but not quite there. This phone is NOT refurbished/repaired and has just been used very lightly. Buying a refurbished phone is totally hit or miss depending on who you get it from and honestly if it's not Apple refurbished, it's not the same. No matter the marketing! The phone has 100% functionality and everything has been tested. Clean IMEI, signed out iCloud, and everything else you would expect with a normally used phone. Please see the photos regarding the phone's condition. Overall in great condition and ready to go! Battery health at 86%.

Seller Shipping Policy
Shipping Day are Monday to Friday, Saturday (10AM), excluding Sunday and Holiday declared by the carrier (USPS, UPS). Your order will be shipped out within 1 business day.
We may require signature confirmation on any purchase over $750.
We are not responsible for undeliverable address or any delays caused by the carrier.
We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
Orders from the United States will all be shipped out via USPS Prioirty Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air. The shipment usually takes 2-3 business days(Saturday and Sunday excluded), if you need the item urgently, please choose express shipping and we will use UPS Next Day Air.
We do NOT offer in store pick up and return service.
Returns and Refunds

Seller Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. Please inspect the device as soon as you receive it so that we may resolve any issues within the 14-day return window. A restocking fee of 5% applies to all returns. If you have changed your mind and wish to return the phone or cancel your order, this is considered buyer’s remorse and we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from your refund. This allows us to cover shipping costs and fees. You must contact us for approval and return details.
Due to a recent PayPal policy change for order cancellation or changing address-- 5% will be deducted from the sale.
Our 14-Day warranty covers (no fees applied):
1. Manufacturer defects
(Buyer must provide a video to verify the issue if the phone is defective)
Our warranty does not cover, and fees will be applied for:
1. Damage of any type (50% restocking fee)
2. Software modifications (20% restocking fee)
3. Buyer's remorse (changed mind) (20% restocking fee)
Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
--Returned device is in same condition as sold
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed
--No password locks
--Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)
