It’s because the laptop was used to travel for work. The last user used is frequently while traveling.

I’ve attached some photos of the display issue. The hinge issue isn’t noticeable unless you close the lid. The lid will not shut fully. It props up a bit when you attempt to close it.

How soon will you ship? Is the screen displayt fading or is it back light bleed? Also is the 3080 an 8GB or 16GB variant?

The screen is fading a back light bleed (as seen in the photo, it depicts a tannish color on the left and right side of the screen parallel from one another, as well as a spot in the middle). It is only noticeable when the display turns black.

It is the 16gb Ram version.

Does the screen flicker? I guess I'm trying to determine whether it's an lcd issue or just back light bleed. Do pixels get stuck?
