Hi Kazi the cellphone is pally full? Maybe can use with other carrier?
It's brand new and can be used on T-Mobile. T-Mobile policies state that the phone must be on T-Mobile for at least 40 days to be unlocked.
Obviously I would wait the 40 days but to agree to release the cell phone it must be fully paid. Is the cell phone like this?.
