Although it has the butterfly keyboard, the Apple store replaced and cleaned the keyboard as much as they could for free. Used but well cared for. Only a few minor knicks around the edges and very light scuffing here and there on the screen from normal use and cleaning over the course of a few years. They are not noticeable when using the device, only visible under a harsh glare on the screen.
