The device is brand new in box - sealed in the box, as you see in the pictures. However, please note, I will carefully unwrap the seal to remove SIM card from the device once the device is sold. Before I ship the device out, I will take pictures & send them to the buyer so that you can see that the seal was carefully removed just to remove the seal. I’m simply stating this to avoid any confusion, that’s all.
Again, phone will be delivered Brand New Never Activated :)

Why do you need to remove the SIM card? Once you break the seal, even after the sale, it cannot be sold or portrayed as NEW. Part of the appeal of selling it NEW is that the buyer is the one that gets to break the seal.

If you are looking for the appeal of breaking a new seal, you can go to the store directly and pay $800+. You’ll even get a paper bag to put the device in as well as a freshly printed sales receipt.
