I am interested in this phone because it is unlocked and I assume it has never been assigned to a specific carrier. I am interested in using the dual sim function so I can use service from T-Mobile and Visible (Verizon). Will this phone work with two sim cards from two different carriers?

It is unlocked. I bought it straight from Samsung. I never knew it was "dual-SIM" so I checked into it after you mentioned it. My SIM slot has only "one" SIM card slot. On Samsung site, it also says I do "not" have e-sim. My conclusion is that my S21 does "not" have dual-SIM.
