Battery life?

The battery life on this device has lasted me over 8 hours/day between charges and usually over 12 with moderate/high screen usage. I have tried to be cognizant about battery deterioration, not overcharging etc, so the health of the battery should also be in good condition.

Should I then be confident In buying from him although he doesn’t has any rates ?

This is my first item listing, so I coudn't have had any opportunity to get a rating. You can be reasonably confident in so far as you know that if I do a bad job with this listing, I would risk having my first rating be negitive, which would be bad for me.
