I upgraded to a new ipad but before listing this air I decided to send it off to apple under applecare as there were a few scratches and the battery was worn down some. They sent me a new replacement device with thats 100% blemish free and with a new battery in it. It looks brand new and is still covered for a couple more months under AppleCare+. Under the terms you techincally could only have one more subsidized repair with the agreement.
