It was purchased thru old sprint service. I wasn’t able to get it unlocked before canceling the service

FYI, as per https://www.sprint.com/en/legal/unlocking-your-sprint-device.html, you're able to unlock it as long as you have stayed with Sprint for more than 40 days.

There is a reason I didn’t list it as UNLOCKED and as Sprint only. I am unable to get it unlocked from Sprint due to personal matter and not having access to account.

Phone has to be paid off and cleared thru sprint to activate for next person to sell on here is this phone allset to activate on sale

Yes the phone is paid off and cleared. I’m not able to unlock it thru Sprint because I wasn’t account holder.
