Also, what is the percentage of the battery power after fully charged?

I can't really get clearer than that. Its at the limits of the phone's camera I'm using. the tablet is near mint though, I don't think they've even been used except for us testing their functionality. Battery health report from the Android system generally shouldn't be trusted. I've watched a device report 84% health, then I reset it and it reports 100%. This tablet (and the other 2 I have posted, do read at 99 or 100 percent, just depending on which one.
