Does it have apple care?
No, other insurance. It is still under warranty though. And you can always get apple care as long as you have it examined at a Genius Bar. Since it’s not used, you can count on that working.
Battery cycles and what accessories does it include?
Battery health is good. Unfortunately, there isn’t a reliable iOS method to check the battery life. The accessories included will be what came with the iPad originally. The wire+dock. I have installed a paperlike protector on it. It is still under warranty.
You can download 3utools on Windows or Coconut Battery on Mac and plug your iPad into your computer and check the battery health.
