What is battery health? You can use Coconut battery on Mac or 3utools on Windows and then you can plug your iPad into your computer and check. There are also several tutorials on YouTube that can help you know the iPad's battery health.
I am not going to download a app onto my computer to test its batter. I can promise it holds a charge to where it is still a effective product
