As to that blemish, it looks like two separate things? It seems like there's a small grouping of pock marks below the horizontal line being indicated with the pen and the horizontal line itself.
Is that line a scratch in the glass or is it a defect in / damage to the LCD causing a large number of misfiring pixels?
Does the damage to the lcd affect the phones operation or features? Does it have a screen protector installed?
