Is the original retail box available?

I threw the box out.

It says no on the warranty but I got it new sealed in February...maybe I need to register the purchase date.

I don't know I took the plastic off the box in February

Can you upload a screenshot of the warranty? Normally once this is activated on any Apple ID the warranty commences no registration necessary.

It said it's not ....I registered the serial number ....the device was never used and never left my house. The price is 300 under retail.and I am including the keyboard case and stand...that's all I can do
