$400-$500 with no keyboard?

Sorry but that is much too low for this mint condition cellular iPad.

FYI, the Apple Smart Folio Case is NOT the keyboard case.

What would you accept as the lowest?

$645 is already the lowest asking price for any listed Unlocked WiFi+Cell iPad Pro on here, plus I am including the Apple Folio Case. If you have a reasonable counteroffer I will consider it, but $400-$500 is way below my current price. Thanks for your consideration!

Is there a screen protector on it?

There was a Liquid Glass screen protector applied when it was new. Other than that, the case does a good job of covering the screen when not in use.

What is battery health? You can use Coconut battery on Mac or 3utools on Windows and then you can plug your iPad into your computer and check. There are also several tutorials on YouTube that can help you know the iPad's battery health.
