Damage Description
Very minor scratches around edges. After years of use, I noticed that the speakerphone and ringer aren't as loud as they used to be. Both of these things work, but I believe they aren't as loud as when I first bought the phone. If I were to guess, I'd say they are at 50% of original decibel value. I replaced the Loudspeaker part on the iPhone to try and fix problem but it didn't seem to help much. Other than this, the iPhone works fine.

No, not a single scratch on screen at all, light or heavy. I've used a screen protector since day one.
