Nothing functionally wrong with the phone. Considering it is 3.5 years old, it is in great shape. I just updated my phone to get more storage space. It will ship in the original packaging, but the charger is not included.

It is an unlocked iPhone 8 Plus 64 Gb capacity originally purchased from Apple directly. It is used and in good functional/aesthetic condition. Be reasonable in your expectations as it is an 8. I am including the phone and original box but not the earphones or cables. I will throw in a few free phone cases as an added bonus!

How's the battery health percentage faring for this device?
I think it is doing good. You can probably get through the day with it. I just replaced my phone because I had a baby and took too many pictures.
