Can it be unlocked?
Theoretically yes, if it meets all T-Mobile requirements for unlock. It's hard to say for sure. The list of requirements is pretty long, and you need to use the phone for at least 40 days on the requesting line.

I'm not sure what you mean by that. There is no such thing as "unlocked for T-Mobile". If you mean "does it have clean IMEI and is it ready to use on T-Mobile" - yes; if you are asking whether the phone is unlocked for other carriers (like AT&T or Verizon) - no, it's not. Thanks
