The phone is actually unlocked, for whatever reason it won't let me show it that way. I used cricket (ATT) then switched to tmobile and it all worked fine.

ATT is cutting out 3G next year in February and the only model of 7 Pro that will work is GM1917. It's dumb and I don't want to upgrade again in a year. Still, hopefully you can sell your phone to someone else that can use it! Thank you for the great customer service
