Basically new. No cosmetic damages or dents, very small hairline scratches on bottom shell. Very clean and free of dust.

Apple replaced the keyboard and display on January 7, 2021 as part of the quality assurance program (infamous butterfly keyboard). They also replaced the battery less than a year ago so that is new too. Effectively this is a completely new computer except for the casing and SSD! I just got a 16" MacBook Pro at the end of January and have not used this 13" since then.
After the keyboard replacement, I never used the new keyboard (I've been using an external monitor with external trackpad and keyboard) so it is still in pristine condition. Apple should continue to replace the butterfly keyboard for you if it ever has any issues again, but I promise to help you out if they require the original purchase receipt or anything. I hope it serves you as well as it has for me the past 3 years. Find My disabled and clean-installed, running Big Sur.
