This was common to occur in iPads and Pros of this generation. It does not affect the use of the device. Box with case will come with device. Does not include charger, cable, or EarPods.

Hi there, what is the max capacity % of the battery compared to new? Thanks.
I can’t check as I’ve already reset the device. The iPad was used very infrequently and not charged many times. I would guarantee it’s over 90% capacity.
