Those are just from touching it. It has no marks. I've added two photos I hope show that.

Apple says the scissor keyboard was used on 2015-2019 models , it is recognizable by the arrow keys (no inverted t)

Hasn't been any changes to condition, battery cycles should be 3 (or 4 once I charge it).
