Hi Daniel. Can you advise the battery cycle count? The easiest method is by the following info: Press Windows key + X, click Command Prompt (Admin), type powercfg /batteryreport at the command prompt then hit the Enter key. The report will be saved under C:\Windows\System32 as battery-report

Oh also can you advise if the original box is included?

im pretty positive. I bought another charger off of Amazon and it works just fine.

It is unfortunately a third party one thought it came recommended as pretty decent. At this price though, it can hold you over until you find another first party. Or maybe you can fix the original?

Thanks again for the info. With the original charger being faulty and the replacement charger being from a third-party, are you willing to bring the total cost down a bit? I wasn't aware the replacement charger wasn't OEM. In looking on Amazon, a Microsoft-branded charger is $45 which I would need to buy if I went with your listing. I apologize for the back and forth but this is for an out-of-state parent so once I ship it to them, my ability to support them for any subsequent issues will be limited. Hopefully, that makes sense.

I’ve already brought it down almost $100 since original listing. I understand the concern but it’s still an almost brand new laptop. I’m not sure why the charger doesn’t work but the replacement is just fine.

Yeah i can try to ship out tonight but if not definitely tomorrow via FedEx or UPS. Shouldn’t take longer than a few days
