Hello, what do you mean by pressing hard on the screen changes colors? Does using the apple pencil normally cause it to change the color of the screen? And what color does it change to? Thank you!
Could you also post a picture of the discoloration when pressed hard?
Hi, thank you for your patience. The screen is LCD (liquid crystal display) and the crystals get displaced when too much pressure is applied. The color turns white briefly underneath the point of pressure . This does not happen at all when using the pencil or touch with regular pressing. The reason it’s listed bc near the home button there’s is 1x1mm dot and a 5x1mm sliver that is slightly brighter than the rest of the screen sometimes (shown in last photo). I’m not able to show the crystals discoloring in real time, it takes a lot of pressure and the effect disappears quickly. Still, I hope this helps, let me know if there’s anything else.
