Keyboard - is it working perfectly for all keys? Thanks. How much space is available for apps out of the total 128gb.

All keys work yes! And the computer is wiped clean so it has just as much space as out of the box! The system uses about 11gb out of the 128gb and the rest is free space

Since this is covered under the Apple keyboard replacement program, does that cover the second owner too?

Also, did you ever had to get the keyboard replaced in last three years?

Price has already been reduced multiple times so no lower than the listed price. I have not replaced the keyboard and contacting apple is the best way to find if a keyboard replacement is still covered for next owner.
