I am new to the Apple laptop world! When there is an Apple charge of 4000, does that mean it can be charged with great battery for 4000 more times or is it time for it to get a new battery now? Thank you so much.

I'm not sure I understood your question. Which image are you referring to? If you meant the "full charge capacity (mAh) 4582", that's just the size of the battery, not related to battery health.

To answer your question on battery health, the battery has been charged 362 times and is in normal working condition. You can find this under "Health Information" on the last picture. To give you an idea, I was using it for college. I charge it to full at night, and it can get me through the next day of classes. I was using mostly Word documents, Powerpoints, and some web browsing. I don't think the battery is strong enough for any professional image/video editing or programming.
