I believe iPad pros are not locked to any carriers, all you do is insert a new SIM card, it currently has an AT&T SIM card on it.

Also, How is the Battery? Does it hold a Good Charge?

Yes it holds a good charge. I’ll charge it to 100% tonight and unplug it and I’ll check it tomorrow night to see how much battery has run out.
Also I wanted to mention I’ll be leaving town Sunday so if you plan on purchasing please do so Saturday morning or wait for shipping till after the 22nd

To my knowledge there is nothing wrong with the iPad. My husband would say that the battery would run out faster than normal but he did use it all day for work. I’m going to charge it tonight and check it tomorrow morning to see the battery but other than that it’s a near perfect iPad.
